About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance Functional Consultant to join our Oracle team. As a Finance Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and support Oracle's modern Cloud applications, including PeopleSoft Finance and PeopleTools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing and implementation.
- Develop and document business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and write functional or technical specifications.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft Finance and PeopleTools, with a focus on design, implementation, and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications, including PeopleSoft Finance and PeopleTools.
