Workshop Operations Manager

The Workshop Operations Manager plays a crucial part in setting schedules, managing workflows, and overseeing team members. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and coordinating workflow
- Setting and maintaining effective processes
- Training and supervising team members
- Ensuring safe work practices and hazard-free work areas
- Liaising with colleagues and external parties regarding repair status and requirements
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Trade qualification in mechanical, plant, hydraulic or electrical fields
- Background in field service, workshop management, or supervisory roles
- Understanding of inventory management and meeting operational targets
- Experience working in the Mobile Elevated Work Platform Industry is desirable but not essential
Required skills for this role include:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload autonomously
