Job Opportunity: Support Worker

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care assistance to clients, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene support and meal preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to social care practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support (or related field) preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working in the social care industry an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable registered vehicle and insurance.
  • Australian Federal Police Check and COVID-19 vaccination status.
  • First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.
