We're currently seeking an experienced business consultant to join a large transformation program in Australia.
About the Job- This role will play a critical part in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure the success of a major HCM program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Partnering with senior business leaders, CXOs, and boards to shape business cases and define transformation roadmaps.
- Conducting current vs future state analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering to align technology delivery with business objectives.
- Translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable business outcomes.
- Acting as the conduit between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, simplified processes, and well-designed solutions.
- Supporting governance, change management, and adoption activities to drive sustainable transformation.
- Proven experience in HCM/HR technology programs (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
- Strong background in business analysis, solution design, and enterprise transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels, including executives.
- Demonstrated experience in shaping business cases, performing gap analysis, and driving process improvement.
- Ability to bridge business and technology to deliver scalable, outcome-focused solutions.
