Opportunity Overview

The hospital is a top-ranking non-profit institution in the Greater St. Louis region, renowned for its physician autonomy and high levels of provider satisfaction. This esteemed organization is seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to inherit the busy practice of a retiring partner.

Practice Details
This opportunity allows you to join a team of three providers at the area's most in-demand GI group. You will walk into established general GI volume on day one with the option to incorporate ERCP as desired. Additionally, you may opt for a 2-3 day workweek in the Outpatient Surgery Center, where you can perform up to 13-14 cases per day.

Compensation and Benefits
You will be offered a highly competitive base salary of $750,000, along with a productivity model that has proven to generate over $850,000 in potential earnings. Furthermore, you will receive a sign-on bonus, retention bonus, residency stipend, malpractice insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, dental, vision, disability, and 6 weeks of paid time off. The organization also provides H1 B sponsorship.
