**Job Description:** As a Post Placement Support Consultant, you will provide ongoing support to individuals in employment and help identify barriers to continued employment.

This involves working with participants to develop solutions focused on maintaining employment and improving job retention rates.

Key aspects of the role include providing emotional support, guidance and expertise to ensure successful integration into the workforce.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Employment Services or demonstrated transferable skills and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

They should be able to work independently in challenging environments and have a proven track record of building positive working relationships with key stakeholders.

A strong ability to engage with and build relationships with clients, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs, is also required.

The successful candidate will be eligible to work in Australia, hold a current driver's licence, and have access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes.

They must also undergo a criminal history check and Working with Children Check.
