Leadership Role in AI Innovation

The strategic lead of AI labs oversees the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions.

This leadership position drives a culture of rapid ideation and testing, enabling exploration and scaling emerging AI solutions that deliver real value to members and the business.

  • Lead the AI Lab team to identify, design, and prototype AI use cases aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Establish a culture of experimentation while ensuring governance and ethical AI practices.
  • Develop and mature the AI Lab operating model, including governance, metrics, and prioritisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and experimentation frameworks, as well as expertise in Microsoft AI services, Databricks, and other major platforms. They will also have experience designing and reviewing AI architectures and transitioning PoCs to production.

A pragmatic leader with deep expertise in AI and innovation, capable of translating emerging technologies into practical, impactful solutions. The ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence enterprise direction makes you a key driver on ART's journey to leverage AI solutions for the benefit of our Members and colleagues.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing AI strategies to drive business growth.

• Leading cross-functional teams to design and prototype AI use cases.

• Establishing and maintaining governance and ethics protocols for AI development.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI initiatives.
