About the opportunity

As Senior Technical Specialist, you will take charge of overseeing IT operations and lead a team of skilled IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.

  1. Lead and manage a team of talented IT professionals, ensuring they achieve their goals and complete projects on time and within budget.
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, tackling any issues that arise and ensuring seamless operation of IT systems.
  3. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with the organisation's objectives.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal departments and external vendors.
  5. Foster a culture of continuous learning by providing training and support to your team, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

About you

  • 5 or more years of IT experience, including 3 years in managing a team of IT support professionals.
  • Strong technical support skills in networking, server administration and expertise in O365 and Windows Server 2008-2019.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
