Job Description

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing community-based physiotherapy services across Geelong and surrounding areas. You will work with a diverse client base across programs designed to support rehabilitation, independence, and home-based care.

Overview

This role is focused on empowering individuals to live their best lives through person-centred care in the community. Whether you're an experienced physiotherapist or a recent graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team culture and guidance from experienced senior clinicians.

You will contribute to programs including Private Services – tailored support for individuals with self-identified needs, Rehab in the Home – post-orthopaedic surgery recovery, Hospital in the Home – support following general hospital stays, and Home Care Packages – helping clients maintain independence at home.

Responsibilities
  • Provide community-based physiotherapy services across Geelong and surrounding areas.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs to support rehabilitation, independence, and home-based care.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• AHPRA registration

• Passion for person-centred care

• Ability to work independently in a community setting

• Reliable vehicle with kilometre reimbursement available

• Relocation allowance may be available (if needed)
