About Our Team

As a Disability Support Services Manager (DSSM), you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients.

This role is based in Devonport and surrounding areas, with some travel required. As a DSSM, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring disability support teams to deliver exceptional services and supports to our clients. Your expertise in coordination of disability support services, combined with your knowledge of NDIS rules and quality standards, will be essential in ensuring our services meet the highest standards.

You will have a degree qualification or equivalent significant relevant experience, as well as comprehensive knowledge of NDIS rules and quality standards. Your ability to provide empowered leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence will be key in driving our services forward. Key Responsibilities
As a DSSM, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing detailed work plans with clear key performance indicators
  • Managing risk and issues arising in the course of service delivery
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure staff have the necessary skills and qualifications
  • Liaising with community groups and clients to ensure excellent service delivery outcomes
