About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team as a Full-time Sales Assistant at our Joondalup store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as 2IC and support the Store Manager in store operations, visual merchandising, and staff management.
  • Provide expert and unparalleled customer service, developing strong product knowledge to assist customers and train the team.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain high visual merchandising appeal, and ensure health and safety in store.
  • Assist with staff rostering, sales achievement, stock, and expense control management.
  • Recruit and attract talented individuals to nurture, retain, and develop them into leadership roles.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a leading ambassador of our brand, modeling our values and having a genuine passion for mentoring others. You will be flexible to work rotational weekend rosters, including late night trade, and have a solid experience in assisting store management in a fast-paced retail environment.
