Car Parking Attendant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Parking Attendant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car parks, delivering a seamless parking experience that meets the needs of our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Car Park Operations: Efficiently operate the car parks on site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.

Reporting to the Car Park Manager, this role requires strong passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on meeting the needs of our diverse customer base.

Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: 1–2 years of previous car park attendant experience, demonstrating ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Availability: Full availability Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Skill Requirements: Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service, valid driver's licence with excellent driving skills, good computer literacy, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Candidates will be required to complete a national police check and must have full work rights in Australia.
