Animal Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Animal Care Specialist to join our team of professionals providing high-quality emergency care to animals. As part of our comprehensive support system, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient and customer care during critical moments.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for working independently, yet collaboratively with fellow specialists as we continue to grow and expand our services. Our diverse caseload will challenge and reward you, empowering you with the skills and experience to excel in your role.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Veterinary degree available for registration in Victoria
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Previous experience in animal care highly desirable
  • Calm and compassionate nature to remain composed in stressful situations
  • Outstanding communication skills to connect with colleagues, pet owners, and veterinarians
  • Passion for helping people and their pets during their most critical moments
