Position Overview
As a Principal House Officer/Registrar, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality emergency clinical services, ensuring that patient-centered care is prioritized within the healthcare system. The Emergency Department manages over 200 patients daily, providing a diverse range of clinical experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency medical services under the guidance of senior medical personnel
- Formulate management strategies and conduct medical and surgical interventions under supervision
- Engage in the resuscitation efforts for both adult and pediatric patients as a vital member of the acute resuscitation team
- Assist in the training and oversight of junior medical staff
- Contribute to fostering a culture that prioritizes health and safety, remaining vigilant to potential risks for colleagues, patients, and visitors
