Job Title: Fitness Research Warrior

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our wellness team as a key member of our fitness department.

Your primary goal will be to inspire and motivate others to achieve their fitness goals. This role requires flexibility, with evening and weekend shifts.

You will receive comprehensive training in sales skills and the inner workings of a health club. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs and delivering results-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Outreach activities to engage with potential customers
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone and in-person consultations
  • FOLLOWING established systems and processes to ensure seamless operations
  • Greeting potential and existing members with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Executing marketing and retention strategies to drive business growth
