Disability Workplace Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Case Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of employees with disabilities.
About the Role:- This role will involve working closely with the Workplace Health, Safety & Support Branch to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies for injured or ill employees.
- You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to support the Early Intervention and Compensation Case Management frameworks.
- As a Rehabilitation Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders on various HR issues.
- You will also play a key role in promoting the health benefits of good work, early intervention, and the organisation's return-to-work approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies for injured or ill employees.

Requirements:
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
- 5+ years' experience in Rehabilitation Case Management or a Work Health and Safety (WHS) discipline.
- Strong case management skills.
- Experience in specialist areas including managing illness/injury and return to work, workplace adjustments, policy interpretation, and disability workplace assessments.
