About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Rostering Officer to join our team at OneCare Ltd. As a Rostering Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the Home Care Support Roster across the state, ensuring that the roster is filled with appropriate staff and that any leave is replaced appropriately to minimize disruption to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Home Care Support Roster across the state
  • Ensure the roster is filled with appropriate staff
  • Ensure any leave is replaced appropriately to ensure minimal disruption to clients
  • Contact clients with any changes to rostered visits
  • Provide general reception and administrative duties
  • Attend meetings
  • Manage incoming paperwork for relevant staff and clients
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Respond to phone calls and emails appropriately
  • Assist with other duties related to Home Care Rostering as requested by the Manager Home Care

Requirements

  • Previous experience in rostering
  • A sound knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Calm and professional manner
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Can do attitude and flexible approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a pleasant phone manner
