Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in creating a sharp and engaging customer experience. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
