Job Title: Domestic Care Worker

The Opportunity

  • Provide daily household services to clients residing in Melbourne Metro.

About The Role

  • As a Domestic Care Worker, you will travel to multiple clients' homes to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and homeliness according to their needs and preferences.
  • Key responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal preparation assistance, unaccompanied shopping, and other tasks as required.

About You

  • We seek a candidate with prior experience in domestic care or a related field.
  • You must be able to operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to travel to and from suburbs throughout Melbourne Metro.
  • Able to work casually, attending shifts of 1-3 hours per client throughout the day and week is essential.
  • Understanding and willingness to support elderly and individuals with disabilities is required.

Required

  • A current Australian Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • A smartphone for accessing and utilizing AlayaCare App (work roster).
  • A current National Police Check obtained within the last 12 months.
  • A current Working with Children's Check (Employee Type).
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
