We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced sushi maker to join our team in a fast-paced, growing operation. This role offers the opportunity for career advancement and personal growth, making it an ideal choice for those who are passionate about the food industry.

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of our operations. This includes overall kitchen hand/dish washer responsibilities, quality control, and hygiene control.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, but not essential. We are open to applications from individuals who are new to the position and willing to learn and develop their skills.

The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in Japanese restaurants or similar establishments. A high level of English proficiency (ELTS5) is also required.
