About this role

We're seeking an exceptional media professional to become a pivotal force in shaping the future media strategy of local blue-chip clients.

As a Client Lead, you will uncover data-led insights and apply econometric modelling to inform media strategy, challenging clients constructively and credibly to drive impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to drive growth through strategic planning across all channels.
  • Develop trusted partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and media using your excellent relationship management skills.
  • Lead a small team in client service and media planning, mentoring and developing talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage team resourcing, workflow, and performance to ensure delivery against key performance indicators.
  • Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
  • Set the pace and direction for the client team, ensuring high-quality, on-brand delivery.

To succeed, you'll need:

  • 6+ years' experience in media, advertising, or integrated agency environments.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex accounts, preferably in insurance or travel industries.
  • Strong strategic planning skills across traditional and digital channels.
  • Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to effectively delegate tasks and maximise productivity within the agency and with stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, being confident, credible, and collaborative.
  • Advanced knowledge of media planning and buying tools, with the ability to extract insights.
  • Strong media buying/negotiation skills to maximise value delivered for clients.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of econometric modelling and data-led strategy.
  • Experience in pitching and new business development.
