Dynamics CRM Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Dynamics CRM professional to join our organization as we undertake a strategic project to transform applications utilizing MS Dynamics and Power Pages.

  • Provide ongoing support and development of the MS Dynamics 365 CRM and other administration systems by integrating and expanding applications through customisation.
  • Ensure that these systems perform all functions for which they were designed with integrity, efficiency, and reliability, and operate with optimal availability to users.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or equivalent relevant experience, including at least four years of subsequent programming experience.

  • Experience providing operational support and troubleshooting of complex technical issues within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
  • Implementing, administering, configuring, securing, and enhancing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems.
  • Design skills and expertise in complex systems analysis and design for development of solutions consistent with business requirements.
  • Ability to read, contribute to, and produce accurate and relevant documentation and code commenting in accordance with established technical standards.
