Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. You will be responsible for:

  • Servicing rooms and cleaning accommodation areas
  • Ensuring linen and general room supplies are available for guests
  • Maintaining the highest level of hygiene standards, safe work practices and chemical handling
  • Working to tight timeframes between check out and check in

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for providing exceptional behind-the-scenes guest service with a keen eye for detail
  • A positive, professional attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible availability to work a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, and willingness to take on last-minute shifts
