About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service & Warehouse Support professional. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with small order picking, dispatch, and receiving, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of warehouse management.
Requirements
  • Administration and Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in administration and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Warehouse Skills: Familiarity with warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and despatch of goods.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to high-level computer skills, including Microsoft suite and data entry software.
  • Safety Orientation: Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
