About the Role

RACQ is seeking a skilled Windscreen Fitter to join our team at our Slacks Creek branch. As a Windscreen Fitter, you will provide mobile windscreen replacement services to our members and customers, ensuring market-leading services with a focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove and repair damaged windscreens on all vehicle makes and models, adhering to vehicle manufacturer specifications.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of automotive industry best practices and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
About You
  • Proven experience in the automotive or trades industry, with a strong understanding of windscreen repair and replacement techniques.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
