The Laboratory Manager role is a pivotal position that necessitates a confident, people-oriented leader with a strong technical and business acumen.

• Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and production workflows effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple teams across disciplines to achieve high performance standards.
• Deliver exceptional results on financial performance, profit-and-loss, and budget targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery of service contracts.

• A degree in Science (preferably Chemistry or Microbiology), providing a solid foundation for laboratory expertise.
• Minimum 10 years of laboratory experience, including 5+ years in leadership positions, demonstrating proven track records.
• Strong business acumen, including profit-and-loss and financial reporting, enabling informed decision-making.
• A collaborative and motivational leadership style, inspiring teams to excel.
• A deep understanding of laboratory quality standards and safety systems, ensuring operational excellence.
