Seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer to lead our visual identity and creative direction.

We are looking for someone with expertise in design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as 5+ years of experience in professional graphic design.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates success in communication and developing a brand through marketing.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a lead design role on brand and marketing projects and will have experience managing priorities in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing creative concepts and designs for various projects, including marketing & brand campaigns across the full marketing mix, collateral and online content.
  • Collaborating with our marketing and social media managers in producing effective campaign visuals to support business goals.
  • Contributing new ideas and fresh solutions to the development of all creative concepts.
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance to staff on design work.
  • Proofreading designs for accuracy and readability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • 3+ years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
  • Comfortable in a lead design role on brand and marketing projects in an internal production team
  • A portfolio that demonstrates success in communication and developing a brand through marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to take a project through creative concept to asset delivery
  • Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment and managing priorities
