About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Transport Officer to join our team in Bendigo and Echuca. As a Patient Transport Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and transportation services to patients in rural Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments and interventions on-road
  • Provide high-quality patient care and treatment during on-road transport
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders
  • Assess the effectiveness of interventions in accordance with RFDS MPC guidelines and NEPT regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Qualified as a Patient Transport Officer (PTO) with a minimum of a Cert III in Non-Emergency Patient Care
  • Experience working in the NEPT sector is desirable but not essential
  • Hold a FULL Victorian Drivers licence and have a satisfactory driving history report
  • Availability to work shifts across a 24/7 roster

Mandatory Vaccination Policy
