Support Worker Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated support workers to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and grooming.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify and achieve their goals, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification is essential. Alternatively, completion of the first year of a Bachelor of Nursing is also acceptable.
  • Previous experience in a similar support worker role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are required to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A current Police Check and up-to-date vaccinations are mandatory requirements.
