Job Title: Digital Project Coordinator

This is a key role that requires a proactive and solutions-focused professional who can confidently coordinate across business and technical teams. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of digital and technology-enabled projects, navigating complex technical environments and managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple IT projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager and Enterprise Architect to ensure project alignment with strategic priorities, architectural standards, and governance requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, including technical teams, vendors, and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Manage project risks and issues proactively and escalate where appropriate.
  • Foster effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and improve project processes to ensure compliance with governance standards, change management, and quality assurance.
  • Provide regular project progress updates to senior management and governance bodies.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in managing IT infrastructure, cloud, and application development projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical literacy to understand complex ICT environments and translate technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
