Senior Film Production Travel Consultant

We are seeking a skilled travel consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Media & Entertainment division, you will be responsible for arranging travel for film and television productions.

About the Role:

  • Fulfil incoming travel requests/enquiries accurately & efficiently via GDS (Sabre)
  • Assist with group bookings, air/hotels etc
  • Work well and remain calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
  • Anticipate and provide proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the client
  • Understand and accurately support Production with crew and talent movements
  • Manage location and large group movements
  • Manage multiple complex itineraries
  • Aid team members within and across teams
  • Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travellers
  • Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules
  • Maintain current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
  • Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
  • Support driven initiatives
  • Adhere to quality control procedures

About You:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Knowledgeable of travel industry systems (i.e., GDS Sabre)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills
