Job Title: Facilities and Asset Manager

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of RACP’s buildings across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Asset Performance & Maintenance: Ensure functionality is maintained in all RACP-owned and leased assets, including critical building services.
  • Minor Repairs & General Maintenance: Conduct minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks to ensure the immediate functionality and appearance of facilities.
  • Safe & Productive Environment: Foster a safe, secure, and conducive work environment for all RACP staff, members, and visitors.
  • Space Management: Ensure all premises are clean, well-maintained, and support operational needs.
  • Property Strategy & Sustainability: Contribute to the strategic long-term planning and optimisation of RACP's property footprint.

This role requires solid hands-on experience in a similar role, intermediate proficiency in using software applications, well-developed written and verbal communications skills, and excellent organisational and time management skills. Key requirements include:
