This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-performing project team, reporting to the Site Manager, and focus on delivering a premium product to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the structure and façade packages team to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Manage and mentor a team of trade-qualified carpenters and other site staff
Requirements:
- Trade-qualified carpenter with leadership experience
- Proven track record of delivering structure and façade packages
- Commercial building project experience
- Background with a main contractor or high-tier structural sub-contractor
- Excellent leadership and management skills
