Engineering Team Leader Position

This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role within our engineering department. As an Engineering Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of a team of engineers and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced engineer with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical role and have previously managed teams or workflows successfully.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Growing and developing team members
  • Establishing and maintaining client relationships
  • Assisting sales staff with technical expertise
  • Driving departmental projects and innovations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (civil/structural)
  • At least 3 years' experience in a technical role
  • Experience managing people and workflows
  • Knowledge of residential design and construction processes
  • Strong understanding of relevant codes and regulations
