We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance Consultant. As a key member of our sales process, you will be responsible for guiding customers through car loan applications and finding them the best finance options.

As a Finance Consultant, you will:

  • Guide customers through the finance application process
  • Screen and assess customers' needs, creditworthiness, and affordability
  • Act as a liaison between lenders and customers, managing approvals and declines
  • Offer products like extended warranties and vehicle protection
  • Communicate clearly via phone and email, delivering a smooth end-to-end experience
  • Maintain compliance and accuracy across all loan documentation

You will be working out of our premier facility, based on a 5-day roster that includes Saturdays. You will be part of a customer-first environment where you will leverage new technology platforms to streamline workflows and improve customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or a related field
  • Certification in Financial Services (preferred) or relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Experience with credit assessment, affordability checks, and lender communication
  • Proven customer service skills in both inbound and outbound environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with evolving digital systems and CRM platforms
  • Attention to detail and a compliance-first mindset
  • Valid driver's license
