Lead System Validator

This role will be responsible for planning, developing and executing the validation and verification of systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Defence background and hold an active Australian Defence Security Clearance (NV1). They will also possess superior understanding of Defence T&E Policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct validation and verification planning, contributing to an integrated schedule of Systems Team activities.
  • Lead Engineering Support activities in relation to the system lifecycle.
  • Undertake activities and tasks relating to testing and quality assurance.
  • Build and sustain working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to system validation and verification.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an engineering field or related technical discipline.
  • At least 10+ years of experience covering Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and Hardware Engineering with at least 5+ Years exposure to T&E in a Defence environment.
  • Superior understanding of Defence T&E Policies.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience across multiple disciplines applicable to HF/OTHR systems.
