We are a team of insolvency and turnaround specialists at Worrells, dedicated to helping companies and individuals recover from financial difficulties and assist creditors. When recovery isn't possible, we facilitate orderly wind-down processes or manage personal insolvency procedures while recovering secured debts for our clients with expertise and care.

As a Senior Business Analyst with us, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly on a variety of corporate and personal insolvency engagements in Melbourne. You'll receive relevant professional training and be part of a close-knit team-based structure where you can benefit from the knowledge and experience of your colleagues.

In this role, you will work closely with leading industry experts on complex files, gaining hands-on experience working with various stakeholders across multiple industries. Your responsibilities include running administrative tasks, delivering insolvency tasks to a high standard, and learning technical skills under close coaching and supervision.

You will be a proactive, ambitious, and talented Senior Business Analyst with:

  • A degree in Accounting/Commerce or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience in insolvency or accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
