We are seeking an experienced professional to join our investment data team in Melbourne. As a Senior Investment Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the investment team with upstream investment data management activities.
Your expertise in derivative products, trade lifecycles, and market conventions will be invaluable in managing investment data for this specialized domain. You will be responsible for daily delivery of data into the Aladdin OMS and ensuring that trading data is both timely and accurate for one of our investment teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating and resolving technical issues and discrepancies related to individual deals/breaks.
- Continually monitoring front office tool dashboards for un-reviewed securities that have been traded.
- Setting up new securities via multiple methods (one-off, shortcuts, and templates) when required.
- Serving as the technical product (back-end) product expert on Aladdin derivatives trades, providing technical support and guidance on functionality to agency teams as required.
- Collaborating with investment operations teams to ensure accurate processing of derivatives trades, settlements, and post-trade activities.
- Identifying and implementing enhancements in the Aladdin platform to optimize processes in conjunction with technology teams.
- Analyzing and modifying unreviewed security master records to support the trade workflow as required.
- Managing End-of-Day Data ingestion checks as required.
