About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Administration Officer in our Day Oncology and Infusion Service.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient-centred customer service, greeting all customers with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient information data collection, referrals, billing and processing of medical records.
  • Undertake administration duties including checking patients in/out, booking patient appointments and directing patient & stakeholder enquiries.
  • Utilise medical terminology and software systems to effectively manage patient information.
  • Liaise with other areas of the hospital to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage patient electronic records ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Proficient in software systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
