About the Job

We're currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Department of Justice QLD.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and appropriate procedural information and application status updates to clients and the general public across a wide range of jurisdictions.

  • Review and accept QCAT applications and prepare relevant correspondence in accordance with client service procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Client Service Team Leaders and Managers.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
