Job Title: Electronics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Specialist with expertise in automation, control systems, and heavy equipment technology. This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for control systems, working closely with a team dedicated to innovation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and program CPU-based control systems for truck-mounted EWPs, ensuring precise, safe, and smooth operation of mechanical and hydraulic components.
  • Design and integrate embedded systems for automation and control functions in EWPs.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure the control systems meet operational requirements and specifications.
  • Write and test software for electronic control units (ECUs) to manage the platforms' movements, safety features, and diagnostics.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing control systems to enhance performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Perform simulations and prototype testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Create technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, software architecture, and user manuals.
  • Provide support and training to the maintenance team on the control systems for repair and servicing.
