Uniform Operations Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Uniform Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operation of our wardrobe department, ensuring great guest satisfaction and effective leadership.
This role offers a unique opportunity to provide supervision and mentoring to a collaborative and driven team, ensuring a positive and safe environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience paired with strong communication, interpersonal and business skills, as well as hands-on experience managing procurement activities.
Responsibilities will include quality control outsourced dry cleaning, balancing business needs against cost and ability to deliver quality service, effectively managing stock, stock budgets, business costs, and labour costs, managing uniform needs, and performing alterations and repairs.
Adhering to and enforcing standard operation procedures is also essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage uniform needs, and perform alterations and repairs
- Adhere to and enforce standard operation procedures
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience paired with strong communication, interpersonal and business skills
- Hands-on experience managing procurement activities
- Proven ability to operate sewing machines, and knowledge of textiles and design, including fabrics and garment design construction
