Job Title: Secondary Technologies Educator

Summary: We are seeking a passionate Technologies Educator to join our College community on a Permanent, full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, talented professional able to bring innovation and creativity to their learning area in stage 4 Junior Mandatory TAS.

About the Opportunity:

The successful applicant will:

  • Teach Stage 4 Junior Mandatory TAS
  • Experience in Stage 5 & 6 Design and Technology
  • Demonstrate a willingness to actively support and promote the Catholic, academic and pastoral dimension of College life.
  • Be a lifelong learner who is committed to ongoing professional learning.
  • Lead the development of social skills and nurture the growth of enterprise skills including critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration for each student.
  • Integrate digital technology as an enabler and accelerator for student learning and professional learning.
  • Demonstrate understanding of curriculum and best practice pedagogy.

Qualifications and Accreditations:

  • Current Working with Children Check clearance.
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Tertiary Qualification in Education/Teaching
  • Experience in Learning Support will be a distinct advantage.

This position involves working with children.
