Our company is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Support Worker to join our team. This role requires you to provide quality support services in home and community environments, including respite, personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.

You will be the friendly and care-focussed face of our organisation, valuing the needs and rights of the elderly and disabled in our various metropolitan areas. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support services that promote the independence, dignity, and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality support services in home and community environments
  • Monitor progress of clients, compile case records, and ensure outcomes are achieved
  • Work collaboratively with our enthusiastic and professional team
  • Work autonomously and take ownership of your work
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Current DCSI Screening in Aged Care, Children, and NDIS (Disability services)
  • Current National Police Clearance (less than 12 months)
  • Current Manual Handling, First Aid, and CPR certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Self-registered, reliable car with insurance
  • Mobile phone and tablet/PC/laptop with internet connection
  • Verified immunisation status

Working Conditions:

As a Home Support Worker, you can expect to work a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. You may also be required to travel to clients' homes or attend meetings at our office location.
