This role involves supporting business strategic growth by identifying, developing and implementing best practice asset management principles, processes and system development within the facility maintenance sector.
You will focus on building and implementing client asset management strategies by maximising the effectiveness of our people, systems and processes to ensure a superior client experience and effective asset lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting asset management, maintenance and reliability reviews, audits and gap assessments
- Creating and documenting improved asset management systems and business processes
- Developing strategic asset management plans
- Understanding and enhancing asset management competence within organisations
