Service Delivery Specialist

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of portable toilets to various locations including major sporting events, construction sites, and other exciting places.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring customer delivery times are met by delivering and servicing portable toilets in your geographical area
  • Carrying out basic vehicle maintenance duties such as checking and adjusting tyre pressure, refilling windscreen wiper fluid etc
  • Ensuring vehicle is adequately fuelled, clean and fast-moving parts required for basic repairs are stocked
  • Loading and unloading portable toilets from vehicles, ensuring safe loading, unloading and load restraint procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Undertaking site specific risk assessments and Take 5's on customer sites to ensure safe delivery, servicing and collection of portable toilets
  • Inspecting portable toilets and immediately reporting any customer damage to your manager to allow costs to be recouped

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid MR licence
  • A good driving record
  • The ability to work unsupervised
  • A Forklift licence and white card
  • A HIAB accreditation and experience in waste management would also be an advantage
