This is an exceptional opportunity to become a key player in the delivery of inspiring group training sessions, driving member experiences and success within a dynamic team environment.
As a leading Gym and Fitness Coordinator, you will be responsible for showcasing your leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise while working closely with personal trainers to deliver top-quality services.
You will also play a crucial role in promoting the club within the local community through outreach and marketing efforts.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
As a reliable and trustworthy person, you will be responsible for the care of young people and have experience in working with children, building relationships, and customer service. We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
