T2 Tea is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team as Store Manager.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus earning potential through our Performance Based Incentive Program and Monster Sales Monthly Incentive Program.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will enjoy up to 50% off all T2 products, swap public holidays, participate in our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and be eligible for our annual overseas Tea Trip.

Job Description

As a Store Manager at T2 Tea, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our retail store, including effective rostering, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock. You will lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors within your store, driving exceptional customer service that translates into increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the specialty tea market and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management or leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • A passion for the specialty tea industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Please note that this role requires you to work every Sunday and Monday off.
