Server Extraordinaire

As a key player in our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless dining experiences for guests.

You will be responsible for taking reservations and orders over the phone, providing full table service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, working collaboratively with colleagues, operating our point-of-sale system, preparing drinks (RSA required), and expanding your knowledge of Italian food and wine.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking candidates who have:

• 1 year of customer-facing experience (desired)
• 1 year of serving experience (desired)
