Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team at our Kings Park office. As a Roofing plumber/Carpenter/Tradesman, you will be responsible for driving to building sites, measuring flashings and roofs, contacting and liaising with building supervisors and customers, and ensuring all deadlines are met.

You will also be involved in on-site roof and flashing measures, identifying problems/leaks, installing flashings/roofing materials, and managing multiple tasks and prioritizing your work.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be a self-starter, show initiative, and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive to building sites and measure flashings and roofs
  • Contact and liaise with building supervisors and customers
  • Keep track of and ensure all deadlines are met
  • On-site roof and flashing measures
  • Identify problems/leaks and train accordingly
  • Install flashings/roofing materials

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Work well under pressure
  • Knowledge or experience in Building and Construction Industry

Requirements:

  • Work cover approved white card
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence (manual)
  • Related accreditation highly desirable
